Distinguished Alumni Caregiver Award

CGTI seeks to instill in its graduates a sense of their own value and the value of their work as caregivers to the elderly and disabled.  A truly outstanding caregiver is one who demonstrates, daily, exceptional skills and knowledge and the extraordinary personal qualities of a truly professional and compassionate care provider:  Respect, dignity, esteem, warmth, confidence, empathy and kindness.  To be eligible for nomination, our graduate must be successful as a caring, person centered professional health caregiver, or has otherwise distinguished him or herself in the performance of duties by creating or leading improvements in the work environment.

Award winner will be honored at the 2nd Annual CareGiver Awards Celebration Luncheon, April 19, 2012 at the Sheraton Tucson East.  To register for or to become a sponosor of our annual event, please contact Fund Development Coordinator, Carolyn Donges.
